Steps to Ayurvedic Oral Care Regime
Scrape tongue to take out the Ama or toxins on the tongue.
Brush teeth using herbal stick such as miswaak, licorice or neem branch
Add herbal toothpowder on the herbal stick or tooth brush and apply powder like regular toothpaste.
Swish using your preferred swishing oil.
Keep a spice such as cardamom or clove or mint to freshen breath.
Gargle and swish with salt water one to two times a week.
Eat roasted black or white sesame seeds with salads or soups to re-mineralize teeth.
